” My Passion For Watches”

My passion for watches began at age 14. From my early hood  I always wondered how “Time” upon us takes precedence  of every thing in our lives.

 Anything that can measure time fascinates me. I fell in love with horology and started to dig into it. All of a sudden I started to tinker with vintage watches starting with my Daddy’s Westend time piece. To enhance my knowledge I studied a lot of books, and journals and started to understand the details of the mechanism of Early Pocket and wrist watches.

Early Verge Fusee movements are my favorites, incredible genuine craftsman ship in watch making.I started to collect watches about 21 years ago and today I have a collection of over 700 Pocket and Wrist watches mostly vintage Antique and rare.Through my networking I had the opportunity to meet some watch collectors from Ukraine,United Kingdom, United States,Canada,Argentina,Turkey, Peru and few others.

We share each other’s thoughts  about  vintage watches from a collector’s perspective and learn  to appreciate the workmanship of various watch making and their movements.

My favorites are the 1700 s and early 1800s and pre-1940.Some of my favorite watches are Vacheron Constantin, C.H Moser

LeCoultre,  Longines, Omega,  Movado and Zenith.

I dedicate my passionate watch collection to my beautiful daughter  Zaara !!!
